As I prepare to leave town, I’d like to hear your comments regarding Lighten Up Corona. My sincerest apology for finishing today’s awards well after 9AM, and I can only say that my partner, Matt Mower has agreed to assist in reviewing what to improve going forward, some of which was painfully obvious to me. Leeza Villagomez was instrumental in providing the right atmosphere. My thanks to Karen Gillerman Spiegel for her confidence in getting this program launched, and to my previous transformation winner, Tammy Rones for far surpassing her coach (me) and becoming my fitness mentor.
